Secure Packaging
Place the items in their original E.Marinella blue box and shipping carton, ensuring all tags and authenticity certificates are included.
Label and Ship
Affix the provided pre-paid shipping label to the outside of the package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our artisans verify the condition of the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
